The hands‑on labs in EDU‑202 provide engineers with practical experience in deploying, configuring, and optimizing the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange. Learners begin by connecting to the virtual lab environment and progress through exercises that cover browser access for third parties, log streaming, and Zero Trust Browser policies in both ZIA and ZPA. Advanced labs focus on privileged remote access, AppProtection, and cloud application monitoring, while ZDX labs emphasize alerting, diagnostics, and performance analysis. The program also includes automation with Zscaler APIs, integrated reporting, and incident management with Workflow Automation. By the end, participants will have applied best practices across real‑world scenarios, gaining confidence in securing, monitoring, and troubleshooting enterprise environments with Zscaler.
The sessions are delivered via Zoom. No travel is required.
