The Data Protection written exam will test your ability to do the following: 
  • Recognize why a new approach is needed to data protection and how Zscaler works to provide these protections to users through the Zero Trust Exchange
  • Identify the Data Protection Services Zscaler has in place to protect data in motion and at rest  
  • Understand how to manage data protection incidents within Zscaler’s administrator portal
  • Discover how to configure Zscaler Data Protection Services and capabilities

This certification will expire 2 years after successful completion, to maintain your certification you will have to recertify. 

Recertification Steps: 

60 days before your certification expiration date, you will receive an email from Zscaler with a link to your recertification exam. You will not be required to retake any content but we do recommend your review updated material in the recommended learning journey. After passing the recertification exam, your certification will be valid for the next 3 years. While you can maintain each level of certification achieved, you only need to re-certify at the highest level certification you have.
